Hobbling Along

Lastly, for those of you that might be interested, and I'm sure you all are really, I've finally had my in-growing toenail removed. I've been limping along for quite a while now, and when I had the blasted thing removed I could see it was indeed a sizable sharp splinter of an object which was, surprisingly, just as large as it felt! The local anesthetic is starting to wear off now about an hour ahead of schedule, despite me having double the amount injected than is normally required!
